Neck Dissection
Most cancers which start in the head and neck region have the ability to spread to other parts of the body via the lymph node network. Neck dissection is an effective method to deal with lymph nodes affected by cancerous cells. It is a surgical procedure involving the removal of some or all of the lymphatic bearing areas in the neck.
